Continuing Education
MCMS is a provider of professional workshops that are approved by the Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board. Full-time employees can attend workshops provided by MCMS at no charge and part-time employees are provided a reduced rate.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
EAP is available to all employees and their immediate family members, and offers problem assessment, short-term counseling and referral to appropriate community and private service. There is no cost for an employee to consult with an EAP counselor.
