MAT Registration

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Training Symposium Series

  • Friday, May 8, 2020

  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, 1500 Coal Run Rd., Zanesville, Ohio

Thank you for your interest in attending the Criminal Justice MAT Symposium!  The Symposium was funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as part of the State Targeted Response to the Opioid Crisis Grant through the 21st Century CURES Act.  As part of the registration process, The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is issuing a short pre-and post survey to all Symposium attendees in order to gather information that will be helpful for program evaluation and policy formation.

The survey is below and should take less than five minutes to complete.
